Here's all you need to know about the party and more! As always, please feel free to ask us any questions you might have:

ADVANCE:

Load-in: 5:00-6:30pm. Doors are opening at 7:00 so it's important you are set up before this. Failure to do so may result in loss of vendor spot.

Upon Arrival: Please contact your DOS contact listed below and find out where you'll be setting up. There is door staff there that can help you direct you to where you'll be setting up in the garage. If you need extra assistance unloading your gear please let us know.

Parking:

Please try and carpool but obviously if you cannot, there is parking available on the street, and shouldn't be too hard to find

Power:

Please provide battery powered lights / power for your booth. If you cannot provide please let us know and we will do our best to make sure you have power. Please provide an extension cord if you cannot do battery powered lights.

Promotion:

Please please please help us promote the event! With just a few days until the event we need all the legwork we can get in the promotion dept and ultimately helps bring more folks to buy your products!
